I’m Erle. I’m unusually excited about data analysis, and applying it to drug discovery.
I’m currently a computational biologist at Moonwalk Biosciences. Before that, I built and led the data science team at Deep Genomics.
My work to date has broadly fallen into two categories:
- Sequence-to-activity models: Fine-tuning, benchmarking, and applying genomic sequence-to-activity models for therapeutic design and variant effect interpretation.
- RNA oligonucleotide therapeutics: Design of siRNAs, RNA editing guides, and steric-blocking oligonucleotides (splice-switching and expression increase).
